Your Questions

• What are the arrival and departure times? – 3pm arrival and 10am departure please.

• Where do we pick up the keys? – we will either meet you there or we will send you the key code for our key safe (once full payment and confirmation of booking has been received ).

• Are there any hidden costs? – No, everything is included.

• Are towels and bed linen provided? – Yes all the beds will be made and 2 towels per person; please confirm if you would like one double plus a twin or two doubles when booking.

• Is the property suitable for elderly or disabled guests? There are 3 small steps up to the front door and then stairs down to the kitchen and living room so although the bedrooms are easily accessible the main living areas may be less so for severely disabled or those in a wheelchair.

• What is the damages/ breakages policy? - Any major breakages/damages caused directly by persons staying at the properties over a value of £50 will be charged to the group leader. We accept that minor breakages such as broken glasses do occur, and deal with each case individually.

• How much deposit is required? A 25% deposit is required initially, with the balance due one month before your arrival date.

• What methods of payment do you accept? Cheques, BACS.

• Do you allow smoking? We would ask that you don’t smoke inside but smoking is permitted in the garden.

• Is there any off road parking? There is one allocated parking space opposite the front door and additional parking space adjacent to the car park if needed.

• How do we book? By phone or e-mail please.

• What is the cancellation policy? If you have to cancel due to the ill health of someone in your party or the death of a close relative, you will lose your deposit and will be obliged to pay the balance unless the property is re-let. However, if you participate in our Rent Waiver Scheme, we will refund your deposit and refund or waive payment of the balance due if you cannot fulfil the contract due to any of the said circumstances. The charge for this is 4% of the rent. If you choose not to participate, please ensure that you have appropriate holiday insurance. Please refer to our Booking Terms for full information.

• Cleanliness, if you don’t have dogs or children? – We have a team of professional cleaners from Helping Hands (SW) Ltd. to clean between each booking, and with solid oak or tiled floors throughout all traces of paws and prints are easily cleaned away.

• Our South West facing courtyard garden gets the sun all afternoon and evening with lovely sunsets making it the perfect spot to relax after a day out; comfortable garden furniture, soft lighting and bbq ensure you can enjoy this restful space long into the evening.
